Chocolate pear plum cake with Novacart baking molds: the recipe

Ingredients;
- 8 oz of 00 flour
- 1.4 oz of bitter cocoa
- 6 oz of caster sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 3 oz of fresh cream
- 1.3 oz of whole milk
- 2.8 oz of butter
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2-3 pears (not too ripe, or they'll release too much water)

Preparation:
1. Peel the pears and cut them into small pieces. Once ready, place them on a plate.
Put the eggs in a bowl with the sugar. Once you have obtained a light and fluffy mixture, add the cream, stirring constantly.

2. Combine the flour, bitter cocoa and yeast several times after sieving them.
Keep stirring until the ingredients come together completely.

3. Add the melted butter and milk.
Stir until the mixture is thick and creamy.

5. Finally, add the pieces of pear to the dough.
Make sure they are well incorporated.

5. Separate the dough into four small plum cake molds.
