Production and sustainability: Novacart obtains the EGEA certification
-
New step in favor of environmental sustainability for Novacart: the factories in Garbagnate Monastero and Bosisio Parini have obtained the EGEA certification, which guarantees that the electricity used for the current year comes exclusively from renewable local sources.
The EGEA (Energy and Environment Spa Management Authority) is a point of reference in Northern Italy for the supply of electricity, natural gas, thermal energy for district heating and other services for local public administrations and businesses.
For years engaged in the prevention of pollution, EGEA promotes sustainable energy and renewable sources.

The achievement of this certification adds to Novacart's commitment to a greener production.
For years, the company has carefully selected FSC certified raw materials in pure cellulose paper or cardboard, coming from Scandinavian forests where a correct management of natural sources is ensured.
