Panettone Day 2019: the list of the finalists

The names of the confectioners who will pass to the final of the seventh edition of the contest, conceived by Braims in collaboration with Novacart, have been announced.
  • Panettone Day jury, led by Iginio Massari, has announced the list of 25 finalist confectioners who will pass to the final selection. The contest, organized by Braims in partnership with Novacart Group and with the collaboration of Callebaut, Vitalfood and CAST Alimenti, is now in its seventh edition.

    The jury selected the best panettone creations in the competition, 15 for the traditional panettone category, 5 for the creative category and 5 for Ruby chocolate category, a new feature of this edition introduced in collaboration with Callebaut.

    The winners will be announced for each of the three categories on September 12th in Mengoni room at Ristorante Cracco in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in Milan.

    The 25 creations will then be on sale throughout the month of October at the Temporary Store Panettone Day in Corso Garibaldi 42 in Milan.
