Chocolate fluffy cake – a gift for Father’s Day!

You’ll need only 4 ingredients to bake this soft, flavorful cake, the perfect dessert not only for Father’s Day.
Ingredients:
- 4,4 oz ricotta cheese
- 4,4 oz dark chocolate
- 4.4 oz powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- Salt, a pinch
- Whipped cream
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate at bain-marie, being carful not to make the container touch the boiling water. While the chocolate is melting, whisk the yolks with the sugar, then slowly add the ricotta cheese and the melted chocolate.
- Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and, with a spatula, start incorporating a couple of spoons of whipped egg whites in the chocolate batter.
- Fill the baking molds and lightly tap the bottom to remove air bubbles.
- Bake at 340 °F in a pre-heated oven for about 30 minutes. Cook until the edges detach from the mold (the final consistency should be moist and soft).
- Once the cake is ready, let it cool and serve with a side of whipped cream.
