Women's day: almond and cherry cake with rose petals

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 5 oz of sugar
- 8 oz of 00 flour
- 3.5 oz of almond flour
- 5 oz of mascarpone
- 4 oz of yogurt
- 3 oz of seed oil
- 1 sachet of vanilla yeast
- 2.5 oz of cherries
- 2.5 oz of sliced almonds
- 2 oz of rose petals

Preparation:
- Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl with the electric whisk, then add the oil, yogurt and mascarpone. Whip the mixture again.
- Add almond flour and 00 flour sifted with baking powder. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon.
- Pour the mixture into Novacart baking mold, adding the cherries and sliced almonds.
- Bake the cake in a preheated static oven at 180 ° for 45 minutes.
- Once cooked, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool. Decorate it with powdered sugar and rose petals. Serve directly in Novacart mold.
