Carnival cupcakes with dark chocolate cream

A delicious and colorful recipe to celebrate Carnival, easy to prepare with our Ecos baking cups in pure cellulose paper.
  • Ingredients for 6 cupcakes:

  • For the dough:

    • 8 oz of 00 flour
    • 5 oz of milk
    • 7 oz of sugar
    • 2.8 oz of butter
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 yeast sachet
    • 1 vanillin sachet
  • For the cream:

    • 0.3 oz of butter
    • 6 oz of cooking cream
    • 7 oz of dark chocolate
    • 3 oz of colored sprinkles.
  • Preparation:

    1. Mix the flour, sugar, vanillin and yeast in a bowl to form the dough for the cupcakes.
    2. Mix the eggs, milk and melted butter in another bowl. Pour the first dough in the second bowl and mix the ingredients with a whisk.
    3. Pour the mixture into the cups, filling them for 2/3. Bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. Once cooked, take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool.
    4. Prepare the chocolate decoration. Heat the cream in a saucepan. When it is almost boiling, turn off the heat and add the butter and chopped chocolate. Mix the ingredients until they are dissolved and let them cool.
    5. Whip the cream with an electric whisk, then transfer it to the fridge for 10 minutes. When it is thick, transfer it to a pastry bag and decorate the cupcakes. Complete the decoration with colored sprinkles.
