Ingredients:
- 1 package of rectangular puff pastry
- 2 medium size zucchinis
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Sprigs of fresh rosemary.

Preparations:
1. To start, preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Then carefully wash the zucchinis and the tomatoes before cutting them finely to cook them better.

3. With the prongs of the fork, prick the whole surface of the dough and dust the parmesan on the bottom.
At this point, alternate the tomatoes and the zucchinis over the whole puff pastry.

Put the mold in the previously heated oven for 30 minutes (or at least until the cake is golden brown).
